Road Goals
The Echo Chalet Village Road Maintenance Committee is a group of property owners who volunteer to help keep our neighborhood roads in good shape with your annual contribution. Our paved streets include Echo Chalet Village Dr, Jewel of Echo Trl, E Village Dr, and W Village Dr, and the gravel roads are Echo Chalet Trl and Abbot Village Dr.
We work to provide:
Pavement maintenance
Snow Plowing and Sanding
Weed Control
Reserves for future upgrades

The Echo Chalet Road maintenance community supports safe and reliable access year-round through services funded by homeowners’ annual maintenance fees. These include plowing, sanding, asphalt repairs, and general upkeep. To keep residents informed, a quarterly newsletter provides updates on projects, funding, and community news.
$600 (2025)
Property Owner contribution paid toward snow plowing, sanding, asphalt repairs, general maintenance and reserves for future capital expenses.
